Heard the parties through video conferencing. The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Arer P.S. Case No. 74 of 2020 instituted for the offences under Sections 147, 341, 323, 324, 354(B), 379, 504, 448 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Taking into consideration the injury report by hard and blunt weapon on the right eye brow and simple in nature and there being cross cases relating to the same incident, I am inclined to grant benefit of anticipatory bail to the petitioners and in the event of arrest they shall be released on bail subject to
