JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 28-06-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Case No. C2-289 of 2018 for the offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. The petitioner is in custody since 16.05.2018 in connection with seizure of 13.6 litres of Nepali Saufi and Foreign liquor.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he has remained in custody for more than one month, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
