The present application has been filed for quashing of the order dated 01.04.2017 passed by learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Seikhpura in Complaint Case No.77 (C) of 2017, by which the learned Magistrate has taken cognizance under Sections 379 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code against the petitioner.

3. It has been informed by learned District Court vide Letter dated 20.08.2025 that the case record has been disposed off on 22.02.2021 in connection with Sheikhpura Complaint
