Victim, a minor slipped from her school on the pretext of some sort of ailment which was endorsed by the holder of SIM No. 9304019094 which was, later on, traced out to be that of the petitioner. The victim has been recovered and her statement under Section 164 CrPC has been recorded (Annexure-2) wherein she has disclosed that she herself accompanied the petitioner, however, no further allegation has been attributed at her end.
Accordingly, petitioner, DEEPAK KUMAR @ GUDDU is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each
