2. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:
"That the instant criminal writ application is being filed in the nature of Habeus Corpus for issuance of appropriate writ/writs, order/orders, direction/directions, directing the respondent authorities particularly the Respondent No. 3 Superintendent of Police, Vaishali at Hajipur to produce the grand-son
Patna High Court CR. WJC No.331 of 2022(3) dt.20-07-2022 2/2 of the petitioner in the court who is in wrongful confinement of the Respondent No. 6 and/or any other relief or reliefs to which the father of the petitioner may be found entitled to in course of hearing of this writ application."
3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he may be permitted to withdraw the present writ petition to move before the appropriate forum, in accordance with law, for the relief claimed for in the present writ petition.
4. Having regard to the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed of as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
5. It is clarified that the Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the matter.
