This application has been filed for grant of regular bail on behalf of the petitioners who are in custody in connection with Revilganj P. S. Case No. 138 of 2017 instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 307 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation is of assault on the informant and his family members by the accused petitioners. Nature of injury is simple. It has been stated that petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Considering the nature of allegation and also the nature of injury being simple, let petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand)
