Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Excise P.S. Case No. C-III-07 of 2014 registered for the offence under Section 47(a)(f) of the Bihar Excise Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 20.12.2022 and there is a recovery of 90 liters of illicit liquor.

Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the period of custody and the recovery

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.18195 of 2023(2) dt.10-05-2023 2/2 of liquor, this application for regular bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Special Excise Court No.II, Siwan in connection with Excise P.S.
