The Petitioner seeks revision of the order dated 18.5.2014, by which the Principal Judge, Family Court, Bihar Sharif (Nalanda) in Miscellaneous case No.18 of 2008 enhanced maintenance amount from Rs.1500/- to Rs.4000/-, which was allowed by the S.D.J.M., Bihar Sharif in Miscellaneous case No.76M of 2000 on 27.6.2006.

I find that the Court below took into consideration the salary slip of the Petitioner and thereafter enhanced the maintenance and hence I find no merit in the application. The same is dismissed.
