JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 22-04-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned APP for the State and learned counsel for the informant. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation is that the accused persons assaulted the father of the informant with farsa causing bleeding injury in his head and they also assaulted badi mother of the informant causing fracture injury in her right hand.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 6.2.2018 and has got no criminal antecedent. Charge sheet has been submitted in this case. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. There is general and omnibus allegation.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.15827 of 2019(3) dt.22-04-2019 2/2 No specific injury has been attributed against the petitioner. Other co-accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail vide Cr.Misc.No.22232 of 2019.

On behalf of the State and learned counsel for the informant, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, West Champaran at Bettiah in connection with Shikarpur P.S. case No.449 of 2018.
