The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Ghosi P.S.Case No. 302 of 2015 registered under Section 304 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Regard being had to the fact that the petitioner along with one Santosh Yadav and Suggriv Kumar being not qualified doctor conducted tubectomy operation in their clinic due to which one Soni Devi died, I am not inclined to grant him anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected. In case the petitioner surrenders and seeks bail, the same shall be considered on its own merit without being prejudiced in
