JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 23-06-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1. (i) For issuance of an appropriate direction, order or writ in the nature of certiorari quashing the order dated 02-11-2010 (Annexure-6) by which punishment of order of censor was awarded against the petitioner as also for quashing the appellate order dated 08-03-2011 (Annexure-8) by which, the order of punishment passed by the Disciplinary Authority has been confirmed in a most perfunctory manner without

(ii) For holding and declaring that the punishment was awarded to the petitioner in a most prejudicial, biased and mala fide manner at the instance of respondent No. 5 to cause irreparable injury to the petitioner for all the times to come in future career of the petitioner." The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the petitioner has been punished only with an order of censor but since the same may effect the post-retirement career of the petitioner, inasmuch as he has stood superannuated in the year 2013, itself, it be directed that the same will not have any effect on the post superannuation career of the petitioner. It is directed accordingly.
