In this application for anticipatory bail the petitioners apprehend their arrest for the offence punishable under sections 452, 454, 323, 380, 384 and 394 of the I.P.C, Sections 3 (1) (x) of the SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act and section 27 of the Arms Act.

By filing supplementary affidavit it has been submitted that the case has been compromised between the parties and to that extent in the court of C.J.M. compromise petition has also been filed.

No.30743 of 2014 (2) dt.28-01-2015 2/2 As compromise petition has been filed in the court below and as such the petitioners are directed to surrender in the court below and seek regular bail and after ascertaining genuineness of compromise and finding it genuine the petitioners shall be released on bail on execution of bail bonds to the satisfaction of the learned court below (C.J.M. Purnea) itself in Complaint Case No. 2822 of 2012, subject to the conditions as laid down in section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.
