The petitioner, in the present case, is seeking regular bail in connection with Kutumba P.S. Case No.71 of 2014, registered for offences alleged under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this petitioner is not named in the FIR and nothing incriminating has been recovered from his possession. It is further submitted that the name of this petitioner has transpired in the confessional statement of the co-accused Dinesh Choudhary who has been granted regular bail by a learned coordinate Bench of this Court in Cr.Misc.No.20469 of 2017.

Learned APP for the State is present.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.37153 of 2018 (2) dt.29-06-2018 Considering the facts and circumstances whereunder the petitioner is not named in the FIR, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.15,000/- (fifteen thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Aurangabad in connection with Kutumba P.S. Case No. 71 of 2014, subject to the conditions U/S 437(3) Cr.P.C.
