2. Having regard to the direction of the co-ordinate

Patna High Court MJC No.454 of 2022 dt.16-04-2025 2/2 Bench for considering the petitioner's case for granting compassionate appointment afresh, the present MJC do not survive for consideration.

3. Accordingly, the present MJC stands dropped reserving liberty to the petitioner to assail the order dated 11.03.2022(Annexure-R-4) to show cause.
