In this case, the petitioner is seeking relief against the Bihar State Co-operative Marketing Union Limited (BISCOMAUN).

In view of the decision of the Special Bench in the case of Organizer Dehri C.D. & C.M. Union Ltd. vs. The State of Bihar, reported in 2014(1) PLJR, 695, this writ application is not maintainable. Hence, this writ application is dismissed. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to raise his grievance before the appropriate forum.
