Patna High Court MJC No.855 of 2019(4) dt.19-06-2019 2/2 point of grant of approval of affiliation in respect of the College, in question.

Learned counsel for the petitioners is, however, not satisfied with the decision so taken in compliance of the said order.

In my opinion, since the order of this Court is said to have been complied with, with passing of an order on the question of grant of approval of affiliation, correctness of the said order cannot be the subject-matter of the contempt proceeding.

The petitioner shall be at liberty to seek appropriate remedy before appropriate forum, in accordance with law. The application is accordingly disposed of.
