Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to remove the defects, as pointed out by the office, within a period of four weeks.

Learned counsel for the petitioner filed a supplementary affidavit in Court.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 419, 420, 467, 468 & 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

Some unknown persons fraudulently withdrew

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.26141 of 2021(2) dt.16-12-2021 2/3 huge amount by using cloned cheques of Bank of Baroda, Chapra, Saran. Petitioner is the Branch Manager of the said Bank.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that no such occurrence as alleged ever took place. He has been falsely implicated in this case by naming him through his designation by the police. The petitioner is the Branch Manager of the said Branch and he has been made scapegoat in the present case without any cocnern from fraudulent withdrawal of alleged money though cloned cheques. The allegation levelled against the petitioner is not specific rather general and omnibus in nature. It is stated in paragraph-3 of the supplementary affidavit filed today that the amount in question has been sanctioned by the bank and reimbursed in the account of the claimants. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned
