Taking note of the allegation as well as stage of the trial, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and hence, his prayer for bail in connection with Session trial no. 81 of 2017 arising out of Chapra Town P.S. Case no. 173/2014 pending in the court of Addl. Sessions Judge IX, Saran at Chapra stands rejected.
