The petitioner is in custody in connection with Nokha P.S. Case No. 254 of 2016 for the offences under Sections 8(c), 20(B), 22, 27(A), 29 of N.D.P.S. Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 10.11.2016. He further submits that petitioner has earlier approached this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 63243 of 2017 which was rejected vide order dated 15.01.2018. While rejecting the prayer for bail, the Court below was directed to expedite the trial and preferably conclude the same within a year but one year four months have elapsed, the Court below has not concluded the trial.

No.19319 of 2019(3) dt.29-05-2019 2/2 Considering the fact that petitioner is lady and she has no criminal antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Court of learned 4th Additional Sessions Judge, Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Nokha P.S.
