In such view of the matter, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks a direction upon the respondent no. 5 for expeditious disposal of the same.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off with a direction to the respondent no. 5 to conclude and dispose off the aforesaid Encroachment Case No. 01/2020-2021, in accordance with law and after hearing the affected parties, within a period of 12 weeks of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
