The petitioner is accused in connection with Shahpur Patori P.S. Case No. 35 of 2020, registered under Sections 272, 273 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Excise Act, 2016.

The accusation is of recovery of 40 litres country made liquor, kept in the tube, from the motorcycle of the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 06.02.2020.

No.15051 of 2020(2) dt.14-05-2020 2/2 Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-II-cumSpecial Judge (Excise), Samastipur, in connection with Shahpur Patori P.S. Case No. 35 of 2020/Computer Reg. No. 146 of 2020. Out of two sureties, one surety must be the close relative of the petitioner.
