Patna High Court CWJC No.4707 of 2022(2) dt.23-11-2023 2/2 "1. That this is an application for issuance of an appropriate writ(s), order(s), or direction(s) to consider the case of the Petitioners for regularization/extension of their services as Night Guard in Schedule Caste and Schedule Tribes Residential School, Purnea and in Ayurvedic Medical Centre, Purnea till the age of 60 years and further to enhance the salary of the Petitioners considering the inflation and market economy, as has been considered in cases of the other contractual employees working in different departments.

Alternatively, the Respondents may be directed to consider and to dispose of the representation of the petitioners as contained in Annexure- 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 & 9 to this writ application. And/Or pass such other order(s) as your lordships may deem fit and proper."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioners to approach the respondent authorities for redressal of their aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
