In this case, petitioners are seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Hilsa Complaint Case No. 1054 C of 2013 registered for offences under sections 420, 467, 468, 471/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner No. 1 is the purchaser, petitioner No. 2 is the witness of the deed and petitioner No. 3 is Katib of the deed.

Allegation has been made in the complaint petition by the complainant that his uncle, namely, Gajadhar Prasad, has

In view of the nature of allegation made against these petitioners, in the event of the petitioners' arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks from the date of communication of this order, let the above named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hilsa in connection with Hilsa Complaint Case No. 1054 C of 2013, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) Cr.
