The petitioners are in custody in connection with Rupaspur P.S. case no. 161 of 2016 for the offence under Sections 457 and 380 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the criminal antecedent of the petitioners, as per averments made in para 3 of the petition, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, their prayer for grant of bail is rejected. However, the court below is directed to conclude the trial expeditiously preferably within a period of four months from today.
