The petitioners, two in number, apprehend their arrest in a case under Sections 406, 420 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioners are, of course, named in the complaint but no specific allegation is made against them. It is alleged that the petitioners purchased different electrical goods worth Rs. 4,50,995/- and paid only Rs. 3,02,000/-. A sum of Rs. 1,48,995/- is still lying due. It appears from the contents of the complaint petition that the dispute arose between the petitioners and the complainant on account of payment of money for purchase of electrical goods from the shop of the complainant. Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.24143 of 2015 (2) dt.09-07-2015 2/2 allegation made against the petitioners, the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri R.K. Verma, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Barh, Distt. Patna in Complaint Case No. 77(C)/2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
