2. The petitioners seek regular bail in the present case registered for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 326, 307, 385, 120(B), 379, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
3. As per the prosecution case, all the accused persons called the father of the informant and assaulted him with firearms and other means. Six injuries have been found on the body of the victim.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have been falsely implicated in the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.15813 of 2026(2) dt.01-05-2026 2/3 present case. It is further submitted that petitioner no. 1 is in custody since 16.12.2025 and petitioner no. 2 is in custody since 03.12.2025. It is also submitted that the firearm injury has been specifically attributed to one Hariom Mandal, whereas these petitioners are alleged to have caused injuries to the victim by means of farsa and bhala. It is further contended that similarly situated co-accused persons have already been granted bail by this Court vide order passed in Cr. Misc. No. 19788 of 2026 dated 29.04.2026.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the period of custody of the petitioners, the nature of allegation, and the fact that similarly situated co-accused persons have already been granted bail by this Court, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioners on bail. Accordingly, this application for regular bail is allowed.
7. Let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail after framing of charge, if not already framed, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court below where the case is pending/successor
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.15813 of 2026(2) dt.01-05-2026 3/3 Court in connection with Narpatganj P.S. Case No. 46 of 2024, subject to the following conditions:
(i). The petitioners shall mark their attendance at Narpatganj Police Station on the first and third Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance before the Police Station shall entail cancellation of their bail bonds.
8. It is made clear that any observation made herein is prima facie in nature and limited solely for the purpose of adjudication of the present bail application. Such observations shall not be construed as an expression on the merits of the case and shall not influence the trial or any other proceedings in any manner.
