That the abovementioned petitioner has filed this writ application and through this writ application the petitioner is praying before Lordships to give direction to the respondents to make appointment the petitioner was selected on the post of Anganwari

Patna High Court CWJC No.23909 of 2013(2) dt.05-07-2023 2/2 Sevika on 27.05.2007 through by the chain of Aam Sabha and on 28.5.2007 regarding the appointment of the petitioner has been rejected and the appointment of the Kaushalya Kumari as Respondent No.9 validly selected on the post of Anganwari Sevika in place of petitioner (namely Respondent No.9)."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to challenge the order dated 14.02.2013 passed by the Child Development Project Officer, Benipur, District-Darbhanga, by filing appropriate appeal. Liberty so sought is granted.

The writ petition stands disposed off as not pressed.
