2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Fatehpur P.S. Case No. 425 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 191(2), 190, 126(2), 115(2), 109, 303(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.
3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner and others are said to have injured two persons causing injuries.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. Petitioner is in custody since 24.12.2024. There is general and omnibus allegation of assault against the petitioner.
5. Learned counsel for the informant has vehemently

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case as well as the period of custody, this application for regular bail is allowed.
7. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M-X, Gaya/concerned Court below in connection with Fatehpur P.S. Case No. 425 of 2024.
