The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Khaira P.S. Case no. 135 of 2017 registered under Section 341, 323, 324, 307 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is said to have assaulted in the abdomen of the informant by means of knife over row of blowing water by the informant at the Dalan of the petitioner. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in the case due to land dispute. There is case and counter case between the parties. Though the doctor has found incised wound "1x1/4 x1/2" on the lower chest, but did not opine the nature of injury despite giving

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let above named petitioner, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. Xth, Saran at Chapra in connection with Khaira P.S. Case no. 135 of 2017. (Prakash Chandra Jaiswal, J) rohit/- U T
