3/4 (Per: HONOURABLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE) 16-04-2025 In all these writ petitions which have been taken up together for consideration, the learned Advocate for the respondents submits that the debarment orders are conditional i.e. that such orders shall have effect only till the completion of the project by the petitioner.
2. The project has been completed in all respects long time back.
3. The only grievance of the petitioner now is that such debarment order is having adverse effect on the petitioner for the reason that such orders have not been brought down from the website of the respondents nor those orders have been specifically denotified.
4. The learned Advocate for the respondents, however, submits that it shall be done within a fortnight.
5. On such assurance of the respondents in all the writ petitions, we consign these petitions as the grievance of the petitioner would not subsist after such debarment orders are denotified.
