The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Forest Case No. 21 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 33, 41 and 42 of the Forest Act.
The complainant has alleged that one truck bearing Registration No. BR-24G/5214 was intercepted and the same was loaded with stone chips. The driver was apprehended. The petitioner is the owner of the truck. He had entrusted the truck to the driver who was plying the truck on hire. The petitioner had no knowledge with regard to the materials carrying away by the driver of the truck.
Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner, in the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34225 of 2014 (2) dt.12-02-2015 2/2 event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sasaram, Rohtas in connection with Forest Case No. 21 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
