JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 04-05-2016 The present application has been filed for modification of order dated 16.03.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 12512 of 2016 in view of some oral observation of the learned court below.

This Court finds no merit in the modification application. However, the order dated 16.03.2016 is very clear that the learned court below is supposed to consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner in view of the ratio laid down in the case of Abinash Kumar @ Avinash Kumar @ Pappu Vrs. State of Bihar reported in 2016 (1) PLJR, 575. Accordingly, this modification application is disposed of.
