JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 03-07-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Jhajha P.S. Case No.281 of 2017 registered under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 504 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the specific allegation made against the petitioner that he assaulted the informant with Tangi on her head and the medical report corroborates the injury over head, I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest bail. Accordingly, the prayer for grant of pre-arrest bail is rejected.

In case the petitioner surrenders and seeks bail, the same shall be considered on its own merits without being prejudice in any manner by this order.
