The petitioner seeks bail in Rajnagar P.S. Case No. 188 of 2006, instituted for the offence under Section(s) 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody in the instant case since 17.04.2017. He is not named in the written report. There is no recovery from possession of the petitioner.

Learned A.P.P. submits that several cases are pending against the petitioner.

Keeping in view the period spent by the petitioner in custody and considering that no incriminating article has been recovered from possession of the petitioner, prayer of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.20121 of 2019(2) dt.02-04-2019 2/2 petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Madhubani, in connection with Rajnagar P.S. Case No. 188 of 2006, subject to the condition that both the bailors will be the close relatives of the petitioner.
