19-05-2016 Heard Sri Yogendra Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Md. Ansarul Haque, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor.
The sole petitioner, apprehends his arrest in Bochahan P.S. Case No. 313 of 2014 registered for offence under Sections 272, 273, 411 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 47(A) of the Excise Act, has prayed for grant of anticipatory bail. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that only on disclosure made by the driver of the vehicle, from which about 350 litres of raw spirit was recovered, the petitioner has been made accused.
In view of facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of six weeks from today, let the
