2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 103(1) and 3(5) of the B.N.S..

3. As per prosecution case, all the F.I.R. named accused persons, including this petitioner, abused and assaulted father of informant as a result of which, he died during course of treatment. This petitioner is alleged to have assaulted on the head of father of informant with sickle. Prosecution case stands corroborated by the post mortem report.
