Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that in the order dated 25.8.2017, by which bail has been granted to the petitioner, the words 'ACJM, Bhagalpur' have wrongly been mentioned in place of 'Chief Judicial Magistrate, Samastipur'. In the said circumstances, the order dated 25.8.2017 stands modified to the extent that 'ACJM, Bhagalpur' should be correctly read as 'Chief Judicial Magistrate, Samastipur'.
