2. The petitioners have moved the Court for the following reliefs:
"(i) For issuance of writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the notice dated 12.05.2022 issued the signature of Circle Officer, Mohania in Land Verification Case No. 01/222023 by which petitioners have been asked to appear before him on 17.05.2022 alongwith relevant documents with respect to Khata No. 90, Plot No. 71 (wrongly typed mentionedon Plot No.
70) area 1.07 acre.
(ii) For issuance of writ in the nature of Mandamus for directing the respondent authority to not take forceful possession over the disputed land till final disposal of title suit no. 86 of 2023.
(iii) For issuance of any other writ/writs, which petitioners are deemed entitled to."
3. There is no dispute that school is being constructed
Patna High Court CWJC No.5232 of 2024(3) dt.15-04-2024 3/3 by the State on the plot in question.
4. In these circumstances, the interim order dated 06.03.2024, that no further construction activity shall be made on the plot in question is vacated with liberty to the petitioners to pray for grant of compensation for the land in question.
5. All construction activity by the State of Bihar on the plot in question shall continue.
6. The petitioners may move before the appropriate authority for grant of compensation, in accordance with law.
7. These applications stand disposed of.
