JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 13-02-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is alleged that the SIM registered in the name of the petitioner was being used in the robbed mobile. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that no recovery has been made from the petitioner and Statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
The aforesaid facts constitute grounds for consideration of the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner by the learned court below in case the petitioners surrender within six weeks from today in connection with Rail Kiul P.S. Case No. 83 of 2012 pending in the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32676 of 2014 (2) dt.13-02-2015 2/2 court of learned Railway Judicial Magistrate, Kiul. This application is disposed of with the aforesaid observation/direction.
