Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with K. Nagar P.S. Case No. 18 of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is named in the FIR along with others on the allegation that they have kidnapped Rinki Kumari the minor daughter of the informant. The victim girl after recovery has given her statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C. wherein she has not stated anything against the petitioner Jaipal Chauhan accordingly, it has been submitted that the petitioner deserves sympathetic

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.31001 of 2014 (2) dt.27-01-2015 consideration to which the learned APP does not dispute. Considering the statement of the victim recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C., the petitioner above named, in case of his surrender or arrest within two months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, shall be released on bail on execution of bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea in connection with K. Nagar P.S. Case No. 18 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
