Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 188 of the Indian Penal Code, Sections 20/22 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 and Section 52 of the Prisoner's Act. 125 grams of Ganja was allegedly recovered from possession of the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 08.12.2016. Investigation of the case is complete. Petitioner is accused in some cases of theft and robbery.

Considering the nature of allegation, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34646 of 2018 (2) dt.18-06-2018 2/2 where the case is pending in connection with Beur Police Station Case No. 281 of 2016, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
