Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

The FIR of the occurrence of robbery is against unknown. Name of the petitioner surfaced in the confessional statement of co-accused-Hajari Mandal. Submission is that the informant has already filed a petition before the learned court below that the petitioner was known to him and he was not involved in the occurrence alleged. Petitioner is in custody since 15.04.2018. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.36162 of 2018 (2) dt.29-06-2018 2/2 bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Pasraha Police Station Case No.24 of 2018, G.R.No.481 of 2018, subject to the condition that both bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below and further the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
