This application under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed by the petitioner renewing his prayer for grant of pre-arrest bail in Biraul P.S. Case No. 122 of 2018 registered inter alia under Sections 376 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3 and 4 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act.

The prayer for grant of pre-arrest bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected by this Court vide order dated 28.09.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 57589 of 2018.

Considering the nature of the allegation, I see no

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.22970 of 2019(2) dt.17-04-2019 2/2 reason to take a different view of the matter. The application is rejected.
