This application, for grant of anticipatory bail, arises out of Muffasil P.S. Case No. 111/2017, disclosing offences under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120(b) of the Indian Penal Code.
The allegation against the petitioner is of having illegally procured appointment as Panchayat Teacher on the basis of forged certificate.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has given up the job by tendering resignation. He has also submitted that there is no chance of the petitioner to flee away from the trial, if she is granted anticipatory bail.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.43096 of 2017 (2) dt.20-09-2017 2/2 Considering the facts aforesaid, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Munger in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 111/2017, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
This is subject to the condition that the petitioner shall present herself before the police/Court, as the case may be, as and when required and in the event of failure on her part to appear before the Court on two consecutive occasions, her bail bond shall be liable to be cancelled.
