By order, dated 24.09.2015, passed in Cr. Appeal (DB) No. 581 of 2015, the appeal was dismissed, because of the fact that the earlier appeal, filed by the informant, had already been dismissed by order, dated 05.08.2014, passed in Cr. Appeal (DB) No. 643 of 2014. The dismissal of Cr. Appeal (DB) No. 581 of 2015, being on specific ground/merit and not merely for default, the present application for restoration cannot be allowed and is, therefore, rejected.
