Petitioner is in custody in connection with Hasanpur P.S. Case No. 45 of 2018 for the offence under section 379/411 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody is in custody since 22.3.2018.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is driver of the pick-up van which was allegedly used for the purpose of carrying stolen she bufallow and her child. Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he has remained in custody for nearly four months, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on
