The petitioner seeks bail in Mushahari P.S. Case No. 192 of 2020 corresponding to G.R. No. 4849 of 2020 registered for the offence under Sections 115, 420, 400, 414, 468, 471, 323, 353, 307, 324, 326 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25 (1-AA), 26, 27 and 35 of the Arms Act and Sections 4 and 9 of the Explosive Substances Act.

As per the prosecution case, two 7.65 mm pistol alongwith 7 live cartridges, one loaded magazine alongwith five live cartridges and five live cartridges of 7.65 mm were recovered from the possession of the petitioner. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances and period of custody undergone by the petitioner, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate- 10th, Muzaffarpur in connection with Mushahari P.S. Case No. 192 of 2020 corresponding to G.R. No. 4849 of 2020.
