====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 28-06-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and State. The petitioners are in custody in connection with Sakri P.S. Case No. 32 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 272, 273, 406, 420 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and 30(a), 36, 38(1) and 41 (1) of the Bihar Excise Act, 2016. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have got no criminal antecedent. The petitioners were apprehended on suspicion, as they were standing near the vehicle carrying the liquor. Learned counsel submits that similarly circumstanced other accused, namely, Pawan Kumar, has been bail vide order dated 14.06.2018 in Cr. Misc. No. 34302 of 2018 and Anil Kumar has been granted bail vide order dated 14.06.2018 in Cr. Misc. No. 34554 of 2018.
