The present revision application has been filed against the order dated 09.02.2023 passed by the Presiding Officer, Children Court in connection with Sitamarhi P.S. Case No. 720 of 2022, registered under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code as well as setting aside the order dated 12.12.2022 passed by the Juvenile Justice Board, Sitamarhi in connection with Sitamarhi P.S. Case No. 720 of 2022.

No.190 of 2023(2) dt.19-05-2023 2/2 The petitioner is named in the F.I.R. and there is no specific allegation against the petitioner and he has been declared a Juvenile and his father is ready to provide undertaking before this Court that the petitioner shall not be involved in any illegal activity.

Considering the same, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Juvenile Justice Board, Sitamarhi in connection with Sitamarhi P.S. Case No. 720 of 2022.
