No 1068/2015, by which the learned Member confirmed the order dated 22.10.2008 passed by the Joint Director Consolidation, Bihar, Patna in Consolidation Revision Case No. 106/2001 and directed the

Patna High Court CWJC No.8614 of 2016(2) dt.06-02-2024 2/2 petitioners to move before the competent Civil Court for redressal of their grievances.

2. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioners requests for disposal of the writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to move before the competent Civil Court for redressal of their grievances.

3. Permission is accorded.

4. The writ petition stands disposed of with liberty, as indicated above.

5. It goes without saying that if any question of limitation arises before the authority concerned, the same shall be considered taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner was pursuing the issue before this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.
